its a fixing film problem, your fixing film is not spining properly maybe its paper jammed inside try to clean paper jam carefully else you order new fixing film from canon

E007 means that the fuser film inside the Fuser unit is damaged which needs to be replaced, or the white patch on the fuser film is dirty and it just needs to be cleaned. I recommend getting a canon technician to fix it,
If you open the front cover and release the leaver of the drum unit.Remove the drum unit.On the drum itself is a plastic plug,remove the plastic plug and remove the waste toner in to a bin.The waste toner is stored behind the drum and must be removed reguarly.
