Dead Proview 700p monitor

Just read your reply to a question you answered about a faulty proview 700p monitor. Cill these capicitors going faulty cause the monitor to be completely dead? All internal fuses are OK but not getting any power. Can I get hold of a circuit diagram for this monitor?

-   monitor p7011 is dead. when i connect the power supply to the monitor the power supply gets hot and shuts off.
If I need th fix the internal regulator in my monitor it would be helpfull if
I know what parts to replace. A schematic would be helpfull.

my monitor samston 17`` have a problem with screen ten minute after on it`s become on / off screen ( it`s black, it`s white ) when it`s happen the wording can read, when it`s on.
