Report it to the police, and contact your insurance company.

My email was compromised by somebody.. someone hack it & stole all my files...pleae help me retrieve my files thru the email he/she is using in forwarding my stolen files

First things first. Change your email password if you haven't already. You will want to check your sent folder for any emails you may have lost. Also check trash folder. Once you have located the emails you will want to move them back to your inbox or forward them to a different email account until you are sure that your email security issue has been addressed.
If the messages are not there you may want to check with your email provider to see if they have any way yo track down lost data. If you can give me the company your address is through I can look this information up for you.

Hi, I seem to have the same issues as others. The product key on my laptop does not work. Please help

You can always opt to look for serials online, but the best thing to do is to call the manufacturer, someone might have stole it for his own use. Probably someone is using the product key right now.

I'm more than 18 and can't view some websites on my tmoble and l dnt have credit card. So how can l unlock the content witout credit card

It sounds like you are trying to access premium content on a website that requires payment to get it. This would be considered stealing and is not something we support here. You will have to either pay or find a free alternative.

Most people set up a Pay-Pal account and most Internet merchants take Pay-Pal. From the merchants web page you would select Pay-Pal and be taken there to pay for the merchandise. Only Pay-Pal has access to my debit card account. Don't use a credit car on the Internet, use a Debit Card on an account with only necessary funds in it to limit loses if someone got into it.

Any transactions on the Internet have a degree of risk. Someone out there is always hacking at web sites. So we need to limit our exposure to any possible loses. Using only one payment processor is a good start.

Is it free or payment

Fixya.com is free.
You could pay for more "expert" help.
paying for the help is usually not necessary though.
You could choose that option when you post your question.
there are many different topics that you can get help with.
I choose to answer questions pertaining to computers mostly.
Most computer questions are answered by people that build and maintain their own PCs or work in the industry.
The same goes for the other topics. from cars to health
Some are experts (and its still free) some are not experts, like me (not an expert) I'm a board operator at a natural gas plant. I have built/repaired and maintained my computers since 1995, I have 5 running in my home right now the two laptops are store bought but the rest were built from scratch, and several that I have given away to family and friends. They all still work very well.

Yes it is free and mostly very good advice.
let me know if this helps you or not.

You've been scamed via a virus which stole your contact listand sent the emails. Contact Hotmail support and have them shutdown the account. Also have your friend save the email he got and ping the address to find out were it came from. With some digging you can even find out who stole your account. Forget about the old info, something there is carrying the virus.

Yes, got to www.google.com and type in "microsoft genuine advantage diagnostic tool" download and run it. If it shows not genuine, click on "resolve."

Are you sure that you have a genuine copy of windows? It sounds like you may have been a victim of software piracy. In other words it sounds like someone sold you a computer with a pirated version of windows. If that is indeed the case, you'll need to call Microsoft and plead your case. If you can convince them that you are not the pirate, they will usually validate your copy for you.

Sorry, fixya experts are not permitted to contact customers about a problem through email. Keep posting to this thread until we get it fixed.
