There are two pieces of drain house in a double drawer FP dishwasher. The one from top drawer, the one from bottom drawer which then merge into a U adapter before hoing as a single hose into the kitchen sink.
I don't think anything can be achieved by taking the bottom drawer out. If the obstruction is in the top drawer drain hose, you will have to take that out and turn it over and disengage the hose from the bottom of the sump. Your best bet is to refer to this install guide on removing the drawers. Refer page 7 step 2. Fisher Paykel DishDrawer Installation Instructions ManualsOnline com
Use reverse method to put it back in. Make sure you keep a stool nearby to hold the drawer in place and not let it fall on the floor. The cables and hoses are very tight and need care when handling.
If the problem is with both drawers, then most likely kitchen side drain is blocked. But if only one drawer, then need to clean filter and drain sump at base or if pump motor is not running then replace the pump rotor.
check your kitchen drain as it might be blocked or if you have a garbage disposal (kitchen insinkerator) make sure it is cleared before running the dishwasher.
Hi,
Somehow your drawer was put into a showroom mode. In this model, with the power off, push ECO and Power button for 5 seconds. (ECO first then Power and hold for 5 seconds) this should clear this out.
If you still have issues seen me another message and I will respond as quick as possible. Taking my daughter out to a party tonight.
Hi,
You may have clogged pump to the drawer. open drawer, lay on your back under the dish drawer, removed the black cover (3 screws) remove 2 screws to the pump and allow the water to drain out into a bucket or bowl. make sure the pump can turn easy. Reassemble and test unit again. If fails, replace pump.
Pump
I hope this helps, good luck
The f1 is a flood error. There is a sensor in the bottom reading water. You have to dry it out before you can do anything or the drain pump will just keep running. Check the lid of the drawer you where using to see if anything may have been holding it up or if the seal is torn. If that looks ok you will have to check the lid actuators to see if one is not working. I would replace both right and left if one is out.
