Please provide more information for troubleshooting (i.e. does it happen on only one card or all, etc.) My guess is that you may have locked your memory card by mistake and are not recording images at all. When you are shooting, you should see the image immediately. Or you may have a bad card. Or they could be in some strange folder on the card that you can't see. Try opening the card on your computer and looking in all the folders to see if you can find them.

I need to know how to set time and date for pictures. then to be able to take the time and date off for next set of pictures.

You need to install the bundled software(Sony PMB) to be able to save the images with date. Once installed use the Easy export(PC Sync) and then choose import images-> then put a tick in the check box "import images with time and date". That should do the trick.

Will not download pictures

Hi you need to Import to "My Pictures" Folder if you can see that option. As soon as you plug in the USB plug from your Camera to the Computer it should make a sound and and Import menu should pop up. It will ask what you want to do with the images. You will select Import to my Computer, If it gives you an option to save to "MY PICTURES" Select that option. If not just Import to your Computer and then Later go to "Pictures" in Windows and select RECENTLY CHANGED option. This will pull up the Pictures you JUST PUT ON THE COMPUTER. Hope this helps

Problem downloading image

One of the images did not finish writing to the card properly (usually in the last 4 or 5 images, or the last video)
Try selecting all but the last 10 images and chose import selected. This should work. Then delete those from the card.
This bit is important
Put the card back in the camera (if it's in a usb reader) if not, disconnect the camera and put it into playback mode. View the remaining 10 images/video.
Try re importing and it should work fine! I've had this problem since ilife '09 and this method always fixes it. It seems to happen when the cards get full. Try not to completely fill a memory card and you should not get the problem.

Write Protect error and I think all my pics dissapeared!

If you are using an SD card, it could be possible that the Write Protect tab (the yellow tab on the top right) is in the 'lock' position. Slide it back and try again. If this does not work, make sure you are using the card and not the internal memory to store images.

I still nees help on my camera

I suspect that the pictures may be there, but in a different folder on the memory card. If you open your memory card on your computer, you will see several folders. Try opening each folder to see if any images are there. I would also suggest trying another memory card (a new one), take a picture, then upload it to your image software program. Give that a try and let me know if you find your images. Hope that helps!

Problem with importing images to laptop(macbook) from nikond200 trough data cable

Camera must be in point-to-point USB mode for remote tethering to work.
In menu with wrench icon, make sure USB is set to "P" point-to-point.

Unidentified images

I have the same problem with my Canon Powershot SX110IS. images dissapear with the notation "unidentified image". I brought my camera in to a local camera shop, and they were able to save the lost images. They told me I had an inexpensive, low quality memory card that is causing this problem. I upgraded to a high quality one and haven't had the problem since.

Image stabilization important???

"While the C-765UZ's lens is not stabilized, the relatively fast F3.7 aperture at full telephoto will help minimize the effects of camera shake and allow for overall good results. We recommend the use of either a monopod or tripod whenever using the telephoto capabilities of a camera."
