Click "continue" and on the next screen, select the option that allows you to answer your pre-set security question.
This is a question you supplied when you set up your Hotmail account.
After correctly answering the question, you will be prompted to reset your password.
Clear your browser history and temporary Internet folders if you are continually getting a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message when you log in.
The exact procedure for doing this depends on your operating system and browser.
If you continue to get see this message, it could indicate a problem with the Hotmail server.
Check the status of the network on a site like Down Right Now that reports server problems on popular sites.
Submit a support request on the Windows Live page.
On the Windows Live site, select "Hotmail" under "Standard Services."
A search screen will open that will allow you to check out a variety of Hotmail related support topics.
At the bottom of that screen, choose "get more help" and then "support."
A support form will open for you to complete and submit to the Hotmail team.

Why cant I get into Hotmail?????????

Hotmail Won't Load
Hotmail is a free email service provider operated by Microsoft.
Though Hotmail has existed since the early 1990s, changes made to the service may be preventing Hotmail from loading correctly on your computer.
Clear your Web browser's cookies and then restart your browser.
Enter your Web browser's "Options" utility and delete all cookies, then restart your browser, then try to load Hotmail again.
Cookies are files that store information on your computer.
Your Web browser constantly refers to the information as it loads websites.
If an error has been stored in a cookie, it is possible that this could prevent you from being able to log into Hotmail.
Go directly to the Windows Live website.
Though Hotmail addresses and the service itself still exists, Hotmail has existed under the "Windows Live" banner of products since 2007 with the release of Windows Vista.
If you're attempting to load Hotmail through Hotmail.com, your browser may be having a hard time redirecting you to the new site.
Go to the Windows Live website (see Below) directly and try to log in there. http://login.live.com/

Type your user name correctly. To log into your Hotmail account you are going to need to type your full user name followed by "@hotmail.com" into the "Windows Live ID" box on the site.
If you leave out the "@hotmail.com" part of your email address, Windows Live will be unable to log you into your Windows Live inbox.
Type your password correctly.
Hotmail account passwords are case sensitive, which means that capital letters are considered different from lowercase letters.
Make sure all letters that should be capitalized in your password are (and those that shouldn't be capitalized aren't), and then click "Sign In" to try to access your Hotmail account again.

Cant find my hotmail email

Find an Old Email Account
With so many email providers available on the Internet, it is highly possible for one to forget about an email account for which one had once signed up.
There are many reasons why it's beneficial to know what accounts you do have, and to not leave an unused account available on a server online.
You may need to find past accounts you've forgotten about if you are suffering from identity theft, or you're worried that you've been missing a number of emails you were once expecting to receive.

Make a list of all business you've worked for and schools you've attended.
You may have a work or school email that is still active.
Go to the website for the business and school, and then try to locate an email directory for employees.
If you don't find a directory, email the the owner of the website to say that you are curious if you still have an active email account with the company or institution.
Consider any forums, blogs or websites for which you have written.
You may have been given an email account for one of these websites and not even be aware of it.
Go to these sites and log in to your account.
For example, if you have a Blogspot account you must have had a Gmail account with which you started your blog.
Try a trial and error method.
If you know that you have typically used one or two kinds of usernames, then you should try using that name for various emails.
Go to an email provider's website and try searching by common nicknames you may have used in the past. Also, try using variations on your own name.
Go to email websites like Yahoo!, Google and MSN to see if you have an email account with a popular provider that you've forgotten about.
Find a link to find email addresses, where you will then be prompted to type in your first and last name.
You will be told whether or not that person has an account with the provider.
You may then need to answer an old security question, or prove that you are the person who created the account.
Find a reverse email website like EmailFinder.com.
These search directories can be helpful for finding a lost email account.
Simply type in your first and last name and the state where you reside.
You then will have to pay a small fee in order to view all results, so this step should be a last resort.

My mns messanger is temperly blocked and i cant get into it

your account might need to be re activated ?

You may notice occasionally that your MSN or Hotmail/Windows Live account has been locked by Microsoft. Due to this, you are unable to login to your email account. You may not even access your Windows Live Messenger. This typically occurs when your account was compromised. Someone may have hacked into your account or stolen your password. Windows Live offers a systematic process to recover and unlock your account. You will need an alternate email address to perform this task.

Navigate to Windows LiveID Account Recovery help page. Read the instructions and click "Continue" twice. Type an alternative email address in the box under Contact Email Address. Click "Continue." Log in to your alternate email account. Open the email from "Windows Live." Click the link provided to you in the email. This will take you to the password recovery process. Type a new password and retype it to confirm. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset. Try to log in to your MSN account using any of the MSN products, including Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger. You will be able to access your MSN account.

Can't log in to msn.com

When you log in to MSN a website powered by Microsoft you also log in to its Hotmail and Messenger programs.

Hotmail is MSN's email program, while Messenger is an instant messaging and networking program.

Because Messenger and Hotmail are connected to MSN, if you have problems logging into one program, you'll likely have issues logging in to all of them.

Register for Account

The first step to logging in to any MSN-powered sites is to have a Windows Live ID.

This includes an email address, which acts as your username, as well as a password.

The email address must end in either "@hotmail.com," "@live.com" or "@msn.com."

Even though these emails use different domain names, all can be accessed by logging in to the Hotmail homepage.

If you try to log in to MSN or any of its partner sites like Hotmail or Messenger using anything but a Windows Live ID, you won't be allowed to access or create a profile and will be prompted to create a Windows Live account.

Incorrect Password

The most likely reason you aren't able to sign in to your MSN accounts is user error.

Entering an incorrect email address or password will return an error message, informing you that either the email address you provided isn't registered with MSN, or that you entered an incorrect password.

MSN and, hence, Hotmail and Messenger passwords are case sensitive, so check your keyboard's settings before retyping your password a second time.

If you don't remember your password but know your Windows Live ID, you can opt to reset your password by answering some security questions pertaining to your account.

Browser Issues

A slow browser can impact your ability to log in to your MSN accounts.

Try deleting your browser's cookies and clearing its cache before attempting to sign in again. This process varies from browser to browser.

For example, in Internet Explorer, click on the gear icon, "Internet Options" and click "Delete" under Browsing History.

Check the "Cookies" box and click "Delete."

Internet Issues

A slow Internet connection can also hinder your login attempts.

Check your Internet connection to make sure you're connected to the Internet.

Also, check that you're working online instead of offline, which can prevent you from logging in.

Click on the "File" tab at the top of your browser, and make sure there's not a check mark next to the words "Work Offline."

If there is, click on the words to uncheck that option and sign in again.

There might be some interference from another browser

Create the menu tab on your homepage right click in the top toolbar you should see a number of toolbar options select the menu tab which will add File Edit View Favorites Tools and Help

Click on the tools at the bottom of the drop down list will be internet options or
click start control panel internet options you will see a home page box To Create Page Tabs type

each adress on its own line (type in MSN.com) or you preferred home page and browser
below that will be change search defaults click on settings you will see all search providers you have if dont need any of them you can disable or remove them.

Hope this helps.

Having problem with getting hotmail passing my name & password

Hi, Resetting password in Hotmail is a little tricky. Here are the steps that you can do:
  • Go to the Windows Live Hotmail Reset password page
  • Type the Email address that you want to reset
  • Carefully type the captcha characters on the box
  • Click next or continue
  • Answer the account information and answer the secret question.
  • Click continue.
  • (IT would be advisable to change your password periodically to avoid issues with the password.)
  • If Hotmail still log you into your account automatically and you want to change your (forgotten) password, click Send yourself a password reset e-mail message. and click Send Message.
  • If you have provided an alternate email (try creating a temporary alternate email address to retrieve the email to reset your password) for your Windows Live Hotmail account, you can also send the password reset email to that address. Choose Send yourself a password reset e-mail message. and click Send
  • IT will ask some information about your location (in case your out of the country) and update the secret question and secret answer. and continue.
  • now you should be able to enter a new password, confirm the new password and continue then done.
Some of the options vary in location. Hope this tips will help you log in again. Cheers!!
