Hello,

You would need to purchase a wireless adaptor to add to your daughter's pc. Once installed alone with the drivers/software, you should have no problem getting her connected wireless.

Computer not conecting to internet

If you have not installed the USB adapter driver and configured the wireless network , you need to do that to connect to the internet. Once you have cd and installed the driver , you need to enter Wireless access key or SID to set the adapter to connect .

I have hooked it up as the instructions state but it will not find the internet, I am useing a hp laptop and am trying to go wireless, it is the vista system

No its not your windows system, try to check again your wireless router if the software firmware are installed properly in your PC. Also to configure it and connect your internet provider to the Router, which is automatically create its own Protocol Address or Obtain Address, even on Wireless connection. This is basic on Wireless Router to connect on the internet. Good luck!

My ps3 will not connect to my wireless internet

Try setting a static ip address on the PS3:-

First you need to find a Windows wired or wireless device already connected to the network in order to find out the required settings

Windows XP
1. Click start --> (sometimes settings) --> Control Panel --> Network Connections
2. Double click on the active connection which will say connected underneath
3. Click Support
4. Click Details
5. Now the IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, Primary DNS and Alternate DNS which are displayed should be noted.

Windows Vista
1. Click Start --> Control Panel --> Network and Sharing Center
2. Click on "View Status" to the right of your connection
4. Click Details
5. Now the IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, Primary DNS and Alternate DNS which are displayed should be noted.

Set these values under "manual settings" in the PS3 but add 1 to the last number for the IP Address as this has to be unique on your network
