Cusinart Food Processor - Model DLX

I have two Cusinart food processors needing repairs to their motor. Can you direct me to a repair person in Arizona. I have tried to use their own service but was disappointd and recieved no repairs. They actually lost my machine for 2 months and then shipped it back unrepaired. I years past I have had good results from the Cusibart Company in New Jersy. But things must be changing. Can you help me.
