I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET . IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN SURF THE WEB W/OUT HAVING AND EXISTING INTERNET ACCOUNT. I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING At ALL RIGHT NOW JUST THE COMPUTER LET ME KNOW WHAT I CAN DO TO GO WIRELESS W/OUT A MONTHLY BILL. THANKS

It sounds like to you want to connect to the internet without a connection. Normally internet access is a service that people pay for. There might be free wireless access at a local library, park, or friendly cafe, though. Good luck!

Look for free wifi locations. McDnald's, Wendy's, Burger King, Coffee shop's, Libraries, you can even sit in the parking lot of some hotel's. You have many choices.
