In both cases try this solution:
right-click on my computer and choose manage. click the plus next to Services and Applications then click the sub-item Services. On the right side, find the Print Spooler service, right click on it and choose stop.
Now go to C:\Windows\system32\spool\printers folder (or C:\WINNT\system32\spool\printers). If you see any files there, delete them.
Now go back to the Print Spooler service, right click and choose start. Check your print queues and they should be empty.
This is a standard procedure to use if a document gets stuck. If these printers are shared on a newtork through a server or another computer, you have to perform this operation on the computer that is hosting the shared computer.
