Question about Dynex Wireless Optical Mouse DX-WOM100
I have a GE Intelligent wireless mouse. A child at my house is suspected of pushing a button on the mouse, I think, but may have been on the computer. Anyway the mouse is not working now. I have changed the batteries and tried to reset several times. Any possible solutions? Mouse stopped working. Changed batteries twice, reset computer, and nothing works.
Normal 0 Try disconnecting the Mouse Receiver from the USB port and reinstall the CD software program. When the program asks you to connect the Mouse Receiver to the USB port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
