I have the 25 dollar plan on my rumor touch for the company virgin mobile and i don't get picture messages people send me. What can i do to my phone to get it up and running again?

In order to receive picture mails, you need a service plan with internet access included. A "data" plan is not enough, it will allow you to send pictures but not receiving them.
4 days of not being able to access Facebook with my Virgin Mobil LG Rumor touch, I finally talked to an IT person that had me download "Opera Mini" and she stated Virgin Mobil is no longer using the original Apps that came with the phone. Now I go thru Opera Mini and there is a square for Facebook.
Open messages in your mobile after menu- messages and in messages open INBOX- click on the alert message , in the options you will find delete on it , scroll down , select and delete.
repeat for the other alerts
Are you using the same carrier with everyone? if yes try to restart your device then try to send message to your own device or own number and check if you will receive txt messages
If you are not using the same carrier with everyone then contact your provider and check with them if theres any issues with your network
if you have virgin mobile call them up and follow the sommands to troubleshooting....theyll try to fix it and if they dont theyll send you a new phone as long as youve bought this one within a year
