Most difficult is to remove the damp components, seats and carpet and put them where they can dry out.
If you have access to a good shop vacuum you can draw out most of the water from the seats and carpet and then use a small space heater inside the vehicle. You have to be careful and you want to control the heat but I've done this recently with excellent results. Just don't let your car get too hot and leave a window partially cracked to let the moisture out of the car. I did remove the passenger seat and raise the carpet off of the floor where it was damp to let the heat dry it out underneath, it took a few days since it was cold outside.
Most importantly, find the leak and fix it, until then keep the car covered.
Get in the car and have someone flood the outside of the car with a water hose (no nozzle). Watch for leaks. Check all window seam, door jambs, etc. Water can travel quite a ways before becoming visible so do t be surprised if the leak is somewhere other than where the majority of the water is.
Most cars have a set of rubber plugs conveniently located under the carpet and they go through the floor. You can pull them out from underneath the car, or at worst, by pulling off a couple of panels to get to the carpets. They are usually about 1.5 inches in diameter. If you leave them out of the car for a couple of days depending on the weather, the water will dissipate.
Are you saying the water reappeared while the car was still in the garage? Hope this is not true, as that would most likely be related to the heater core or plumbing, but I thought all that was on the passenger side. If you mean after putting the car back outside and in more rain, possible cowl vent tube leak, windshield leak, or door vents at bottom edge blocked with debris.
It's possible the water is leaking through the front windshield seal,
and making it's way along a wiring harnesses that include connections to
the horn and parking lights. If the water gets to the fuse box, located
under a panel by the driver's knees (be very careful if it's still
wet), more electrical activity. The once wet carpet could become a mold
problem. Please take it out and air dry it completely.
you can take th ephone appart using a t6 screw driver, dis assemble the phone in an anti static enviroment, the best this to do is wash the phone down again with clean fresh water to get rid of any salt water, then leave this to dry for a minimum of 24 hours, make sure you clean all the contacts and parts thourougly. good luck
