Paper Jam with no access to clear (by 5 users)

the paper is jammed in the back roller, inside the fuser cover. However, I cannot access the paper, as it's all scrunched against this roller. I'm searching for a way to release this roller from the fuser unit and NEED some help, as this is our only printer/fax machine!

Pieces of paper are jammed and I can see it. I can't find a way to open so that paer pieces can be removed.

HP Officejet Pro L77780 All-in-One. Paper tore when attempting to clear jam. Can still see paper but cannot reach paper to clear because of black plastic part. Looks like a defect in design. Should be a release button somewhere to enable you to remove the paper if it can only be removed from back.

The paper is jammed under the roller at the front door. After removing the paper a small piece of paper was jammed. Finally getting the paper removed, the middle of the sheet of paper gets crinkled and stuck any time we try to make a copynow. It makes a weird sound as it grabs the sheet of paper to print.
