I'm sorry, It didn't dawn on me when you said you installed Shield Deluxe 2010. That is a virus.
I hope you have some skills, because this is a tough virus to get rid of. If you have another pc/laptop, download 1st, malwarebytes. It's free. If the virus will let the program install it will detect and disinfect the virus/malware. More than likely, it will change the executable or want allow the program to even install. Then try this, http://www.2-viruses.com/remove-the-shie... and follw he directions. To be honest, this is something I'd have to be in front of to fix. Worse case scenarios, you have to take it to a computer repair shop or easier, wipe the machine and install a fresh Operating System. Good luck.
what is this yaar you are an expert and saying me to take my laptop to repair center sorry dude and thanks allot for your help but now i have solve my prob. by myself thank you very much....

To change the administrator password, you must know the current administrator password. If you're logged in as the administrator, open Account preferences and click the Change Password button.
If you don't remember the password and automatic login is turned off, you can reset the administrator password using the Mac OS X User Install disc.
IMPORTANT: Because a user with the Mac OS X install disc can gain unrestricted access to your computer, you should keep the disc in a safe place.
To reset the administrator password using the Mac OS X disc:
Be sure to change your login password in Keychain Access to match your new password.
