Hi,
Most of the time when this occurs, the problem is resolved by resetting the television. You reset the unit by unplugging it for anywhere from 5 to 120 minutes, and then plug it back in. If the fails to come back on or the problem repeats itself you will need to contact a local repair service (you can use our database at FixYa.com.
But before you call a repairman. Make sure you try reconnecting or replacing the video cable that connects to your television.

Canrt seem to get a connection from box to the tv.all wires are in correct .have tried the hold the button untill it beeps twice an still no picture. platstation 3 3-275772-01

  1. Make sure the AV Cable is connected to the AV MULTI OUT port on the back of the PLAYSTATION 3 system. Connect the other end of the AV Cable into the yellow port for video, and into the white and red audio ports on the back of your TV.
  2. While the PLAYSTATION 3 system is in standby mode (red light on the front of the system), hold down the touch-sensitive ON/OFF button on the front of the system until the system goes into standby mode again . (So the light cycle would go from: red light to --> green light --> then back to red light) This will ensure that you have held down the On/Off button long enough to reset the Video Output Settings.
  3. Turn on the PLAYSTATION 3 system and once the system finishes powering up, the Video Output Settings will automatically be reset to the Standard Resolution (or detect the current display output settings of your TV/monitor).

My playstation has the light trun green yellow flashing red light

With your PS3 turned off, press and hold the Power button on the front of the PS3 for about 10 seconds (the system will beep as normal as it starts up but after 7-10 seconds it will beep again). The video settings should now be reverted. Doing this will also reset any theme settings. try this? seems to fix alot of issues.

Have no colour coded holes in my lcd t.v to connect my play station 2 and have no picture at all just normal chanles and the power indicator light is on ?????????????

Check for outlets marked video in, audio in l,r on the back, side or front of your tv. The yellow ps2 plug would go into the video in, red & white would plug into the l,r audio in. You would then need to set the tv to video 1 setting in order to play. Hope this helps.

Playstation 3 has power but no sound or picture

How are you connecting your PS3 to your TV?

If you are connecting with the composite cables (red/white audio and yellow video) when turning on the ps3 hold your finger on the power button on the front for about 6 seconds. It will turn on then it will beep again.

This will reset your video settings to display via composite

Suburu radio wire harness. trying to match up with a new soni deck

Hello uze7, Here is the wiring match up for a 2009 Subaru Forester using the Metra 70-7552 wiring harness: NOTE: The actual harness will be listed as a Nissan harness, but has been used by Subaru since 2007. Also, I'm assuming that your Sony deck uses the standard color code. If not, you should have a manual that lists the function along with the colors. Match the wiring by function, not by color (although the colors may be the same). 2009 Subaru Forester Radio Wiring Color Code: Battery BLUE/RED (+) RADIO HARNESS Accessory YELLOW/RED (+) RADIO HARNESS Ground BLACK (-) RADIO HARNESS Illumination VIOLET (+) RADIO HARNESS Dimmer BLACK/WHITE (-) RADIO HARNESS Power Antenna YELLOW/BLACK (+) RADIO HARNESS LF Speaker (+) BROWN LF Speaker (-) BROWN/WHITE RF Speaker (+) BLUE/WHITE RF Speaker (-) BLUE/YELLOW LR Speaker (+) WHITE/BLACK LR Speaker (-) RED/YELLOW RR Speaker (+) GRAY RR Speaker (-) GRAY/RED Metra Harness: Yellow ? 12V Constant Red ? 12V Accessory Black - Ground Orange ?
