Try unplugging it for five minutes to reset the printer, if that doesn't work, then uninstall and reinstall the drivers.

Also make sure that you took the tape off of the cartridge. Also, is the cartridge the exact same one that you used to have, if not and it is generic, that could be causing your problem. Also, are you able to print with it even if it says low? Please let me know and try what I suggested and I would be glad to further help you with this

Hi,
Yes this my be due to a chipped cartridge (as in microchipped)

If you have refilled it once successfully, it may have reached it's expiry date.

The only way around this is to replace it with a similar cartridge, and cycle them in a series of 4. If you can get acces to another machine to swap them over, this will also work.

This is another money-making scheme from the manufacturers to get you to buy more products.

(Please remember to rate solutions so that others may benefit from good advice. Thank you.)

I've refilled Kyocera FS- 1135 mfp then not genuine toner had detected.. but the toner i used is kyocera compatible toner and its working to other kyocera machines.. Is it because of the IC chips or what?...

Kyocera compatible does not mean Kyocera genuine. Not using genuine toner can invalidate your warranty. If that doesn't bother you then the printer detecting a non-genuine cartridge is not an issue.

Kyocera FS-C5030N Led Printer My printer ran out of the blue (cyan) toner so I replaced the cartage carefully following are the cleaning steps like I've done successfully before with the other colors....

You need to reset the toner counter. This is done through the Menu button and selecting Life Counters. The instructions on how to do this are found in the Advanced Operators Guide on page 2-75. The link below will take you to the manufacture's website where you can download it.
http://usa.kyoceramita.com/americas/jsp/Kyocera/resource_details.jsp?pid=14192&rid=14764

Resetting the Toner Counter

The toner containers must be replaced when the printer displays the Low toner or Replace toner message which will be given depending on the color of toner. The Low toner message will be shown as a pre-warning that the toner is running out and the printer will soon stop, at that time showing Replace toner. If you replace the toner container before Replace toner is displayed, you must manually reset the toner counter as explained below. Note that if you reset the toner counter before the toner container is replaced, the subsequent toner warnings will not be indicated correctly.

I hope this is helpful,

Shawn

I have a Kyocera FS-2000 printer with this problem: ''Service Call 7410:0033161'' Can you help me?

This code is because the printer believes that the drum is not installed. This usually happens when the waste toner container is changed,Open tje waste toner cartridge door and push into the printer all the components. You will find that the drum unit will push into the machine. Then close the door and turn the machine off at the wall. When you power back up the error code should have reset.

There are actually some certain meaning on the red light and green light showing different information to user. The summaries are:
1) Green On, Red Off = Printer Ready.
2) Green Fast-Flashing, Red Fast-Flashing = Printer warm up.
3) Green Fast-Flashing, Red Off = Printer off-line.
4) Green Slow-Flashing, Red Off = Processing Data.
5) Green Off, Red On = Cover Opened, Toner Empty or Developer Unit / Drum unit missing.
6) Green Off, Red Fast-Flashing = Paper Jam or waiting for jam reset.
7) Green Off, Red Slow-Flashing = Paper Empty or Paper tray is not inserted.
8) Green Off, Red Off = Printer power is off.
9) Green Very-Slow-Flashing, Red Off = Printer in sleep mode.
10) Green (any condition above), Red Slow-Flashing = Toner low or paper empty.

So what is your printer condition? Better know what is going on your printer so can solve the problem

I have a ml-2571n and after my toner got low on a cartridge, I replaced with a new one and it still flashes the toner low light. Didn't know if there is a way to clear or reset or if this normal. on this...

It's not a "new cartridge" is it? it's remanufactured or compatible?
There is a fuse on the front of the cartridge that is either missing, or defective. this is what resets the toner counter

Kyocera Mita FS-1030D Laser Bottom 2 lights blinking.

I think the two lights flashing together indicates waste toner box missing or full but as this printer doesn't have a waste bottle I assume it means the processing unit (ie the drum bit) needs replacing.
