Hello Please can u advise me how to correct a problem on my pc I tried to download Siverlight to watch dvds and videos and web cam ect but when I try to run it I get warning Message ID:1503 and says that my processor is not supported how do I solve this problem many thanks I hope you can help me .

Hi paula139925, the problem isn't with "Silverlight" because Silver will help enhance video viewing, it do not have anything to do with watching, or playing videos and DVDs. Silverlight may not be compatible with the Operating system you have; this doesn't mean you will not have the same quality picture. The best thing to do is write down the name of your PC and Webcam, I do not know the Manufacturers name or I would research myself. Do so, and "Update the Drivers," or from your Desktop "Start Menu" scroll to find "Windows, and or Microsoft Updates" You can update the system that way.
