i have a siemens spreedstream 6520 modem
it is connected to a belkin wireless router.
im trying to connect my laptop to the wireless internet,
its all connected correctly and everything has been installed right.
i just cant work out why its not working?
all the lights are lit on the modem except the 'wireless' one.
please help guys. id really appreciate it!
by the way, the laptop is a toshiba satellite A300-E00, in case that helps anyone? :)

Yes.Get rid of it.I have a Satellite also and do agree configuration was dodgy at first but the range in Wi-fi was not even 50 ft. as opposed the 100 ft. promised.But finally,after it shorted out my dial tone like most other 6520's I just went back to my trusty speedstream 4100.Good-luck.

I just got an Asus netbook and was wondering how I can connect to the internet using my current ISP for my desktop. I'm very ignorant about computer stuff. Do I need a broadband router?
