Question about Apple iPod shuffle Second Gen. Silver (1 GB) MP3 Player (MA564LL/A)
My player suddenly stopped working, the LED on it blinks green-yellow, like there were no music files on it, when I push the play button. The computer(PC) recognizes it, but iTunes doesn't. I can't even use it as a removable device, Explorer can't open the drive. Apple Updater fails to update or restore the device. I heard that lot of people have this problem. Does anyone know a solution? My warranty is over... new apple ipod red product software version 1.0.3 serial No 4H7477U2YX9
