Generic problem for all Zip and Other Drives
Floppy into USB

I have a problem that i have five embroidery machines and every time when we are entering the data into machine through Floppy we are getting problems Reding Errors or floppy disable my question is can we change our input drive into USB drive also in our machine there is COM ports also but machine distance to too long so plz help me we can transfer our data into our machine directly by USB
