I get an Error E13, I think it's due to my battery being low and not recharging

Yes, it's the battery not being charged or the battery itself.

When it is plugged into AC, do you see the word "charge" lit up on the face of the unit in green (you have to get level with the face of the unit to make sure of whether or not it's lit)? If it's not lit, check the right hand side of the unit to ensure the plug in inserted completely. Next check the AC cord to electrical brick connection, it may look like it's all the way in but trust me there's some play in this area, push it in. If it still isn't lit at this point, have someone look at the face of the unit to see if the charge indicator turns lights when you wiggle the power cord near the plug that goes into the AC socket - if it flickers during movement then you have a bad power plug.

If it has charged for 24 hours and you're still getting E13, take it off the pole, remove the pole mounting bracket underneath and remove the bottom case assembly- you should see the battery now.

My toshiba satellite pro doesn't work , even with charger in , it doesn't turn on , its like all the power is gone :o ?

You may have a bad DC connection:

Symptoms of a broken power jack
1. If you wiggle the power cord or the AC Adapter connector on the back of the laptop, the power LED and battery charge LED start to flicker.
2. Battery will not charge in the laptop.
3. Laptop runs fine off a charged battery.
4. With the AC Adapter connected the laptop appears to be dead.
No power LED or battery charge LED activity.
5. Laptop randomly powers off without any warning

If your laptop is out of warranty, then you can fix the problem by resoldering DC-IN jack on the system board. If it

My Toshiba Satellite 215A won't turn on indicator

Hmmm...I could help more if I knew which lights were on. Try removing your battery. Then putting it back in, make sure the computer is closed(doesn't matter either way) and charge it. Leave idle (alone) for a few hours. If it still doesn't turn on, call Toshiba, they can elaborate more. You may have to send it in. Probably will cost money.
Sorry I couldn't be more of help. Best of luck

investigate with a screwdriver. the one thing to look for is loose connections and the other 'dry joints' find the hard drive remove it and reconnect it. do the same with memory chips and anything that can be unplugged and reinserted. follow the power route into your machine and you might get lucky.
