Problem with Motorola ROKR E6 Smartphone

Motorola phone hangs up on attempting to synchronize it with outlook on my PC

Hi,

I bought Motorokr E6 phone couple of weeks back but had not tried installing the Motorola Phone tools software till couple of days back. After installing the software on my PC, I tried to synchronize my phone with the contacts in Outlook on my PC. But the moment I try to do a sync... the Phone gets hung up. The only resolution would be to remove the battery, reinsert it and restart the phone. This happens only on my home PC and office PC...

I tried to get it resolved at the local service center, but it worked absolutely fine when connected to their PC.

Can someone help me... Please....

      I am having the same issue. I am sure this is a new found bug in the Moto Rokr E6 as this wasn't the case earlier.

    • my phone (motorola rokr e6) is not recognized or could not be recognized by my pc. tried it with my other laptop. the same thing also happens. is there any solution?

      I bought Moto Rokr E6 and have installed the Motorola Phone Tools on my PC. When I connected my phone with my PC it was not able to connect with the mobile, it failed recoganise the same.

      Can anyone help.

For me, it was very slow in recognising the phone. So you all please be patience and see, whether it gets connected. 
Other options, You try downloading the new version of MPT and moto phone drivers fro the motowebiste and install it.
