I have told her to check her computers system configuration bandwidth. and her universal plup and play (network translator NAT) firewall to enable plugand play also see if she needed to upgrade the NAT firewall. Her isp said she has enoughbandwidth, and she made sure her plugand play was enabled so all i could do was to tell her to contact her webcam manufacture. There is a new problem now that never happened before my voice use to come thu without the stutter now i am broken and stuttering.

Here are the recommended steps to connect to a wireless base router 1. Check and remove power from both your router and the DSL ROUTER/CABLE ROUTER MODEM 2. Wait one complete minute until applying power to modem then wait one minute before applying power to wireless router. 3. Ensure you have green lights across both devices, specifically, the recieved and sent lights. These same lights will tend to blink rapidly when there is active data, at times this will still blink, and a DNS error will prevent you from connecting to the internet. If this is the case, call your ISP Internet service provider 4. Check your authentication Security key on your router first, then check all your wireless devices to ensure they are on the same network name, key, and channel with the same type of encryption as the router 5. Start one device at a time and check for connectivity, if your still experiencing a problem, check the settings on all your wireless adapters, device drivers, internet browser settings, firewalls and proceed. 6. still have problems, connect a rj45 cable from the router directly to your computer to at least see if your wireless settings are bad or if the router may be bad. 7. Contact your ISP to determine if your receiving singal 8. Avoid using a splitter or parital power backup for yours routers 9. Still having problems, change your wireless router only after your ISP changes their faulty modem 10.Attempt the same process when setting up your new wireless router and or modem

I have install Logitech Webcam 1.3 Megapixel to my desktop. First it was working good but now I am unable to chat with my sister. When we connect to each other we can only hear our voice but we can not see...

I am sorry that I need you to clarify, but it's not possible to help you troubleshoot without knowing with which program you are chatting with your sister. Skype or Yahoomessenger or Gtalk or etc... and I also need the installed operating system on your desktop. If possible, let me know the system configuration to let me help you diagnose the issue in a better and easier steps.
Thanks and awaiting.

Will the logitech quickcam stx work with windows 7

No, you can install it now. There should be no issue with upgrading later.
Only thing I would suggest is that you check if the webcam is compatible with Windows 7, but I think almost all Logitech webcams are, so no issue.

I own a Logitech webcam however my long-distance sister does not. What do we have to download so she can see me via her computer screen and my webcam???

Your sister can see you as long as you send her an invitation to a video chat and she accepts it. However, as it's obvious, you will no be able to see her until she gets a web cam herself!
Good luck!

Need to change my modem, AT&T supported to full bridge mode for my Cisco router. AT&T does not support full bridge mode and will not advise. Can you help?

Well I am wondering why you are persisiting with an ISP that does not support full bridge mode. It is most common and Cisco routers are many throughout the USA GB AU and many other places. Perhaps its time to select an ISP that does support it rather than getting a new modem that your Internet source does not support.

Any problems that arise with the new modem will land you right back in a no go situation. Good luck!
