Cd players

I have a sound effects CD that has a single track recorded on it. The track is a rooster crowing. I want to modify a cd player so that it repeats this track unattended a number of times. ( I'm an experienced electronics designer but I'm not familiar with cd players.) Do you have any ideas on how to do this? Who makes the best type of cd player for this application?

Are there cd players that will continue to repeat a track or does one have to push a button each time?
