I would say that you have a power failure. A battery cannot run all of that. Check the mains supply to the cooker.

Thanks for the quick reply. As you said this has been mounted into a recess and surrounded like a picture frame.

I found some screws are very deep inside the recess and it has been obstructed by the grille/frame.
