Go to My Xbox>System Settings>Memory on your xbox dashboard. Delete your profile only (not profile and games) from the hard drive and then recover it to the console. To recover your gamertag to your console, all you need is the email address and password associated with the account.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Sep 02, 2011 | Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Turn on your NintendoWii and enter the Settings Menu.
Click on ParentalControls.
It will ask you foryour Pin Number but just click "I Forgot".
Now it will ask youfor the answer to a security question, just click "I Forgot" once again.
You will now see aconfirmation code on the screen, this is what you should give to Nintendo whenyou phoneup. But we arenot going to do that.
Head over to: http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp
Enter the confirmationcode which the Wii is showing into the box on the site.
Make sure the date isright and click "Get Reset Code".
You should now have an unlock code to enter in the Wii.
