Euro pro 385w problems

I have a euro pro 385w sewing machine and when I try to sew it tangles my thread up at the bobbin and it pulls the material in there to. My feed lever doesn't move up and down like it is suppose to. I think it is broke and I need a diagram to see if one of my srings is broke. Please help if you can. I have searched the internet and I can't find anything on this type of sewing machine.

If your machine is like mine the bobbin is not filling right. My bobbin thread is very loose when it should be tight. I am also looking for bobbin solutions. If I wind the thread around the thread tension guide 2 or three times it keeps the thread tight going to the bobbin winder. I hope this helps

Install bobbin in euro-pro X 464XC

Either your machine was not threaded with the presser foot wasn't up when you threaded the upper thread... or your upper tension isn't tight enough.

Good luck.

The needle will not go down all the way, so it dosent sew on my euro pro, 7133 sewing machina

Check the manual to be sure the needle is installed correctly, this is usually with the flat side of the shank facing the back of the sewing machine.

Make sure the needle is not bent.

Also, there may be thread tangled in the bobbin area. Open the needle plate and bobbin; clean away any lint or thread that has accumulated there.

If this does not resolve the issue, the machine will need to be serviced/repaired by a sewing machine tech.

Thread breaking.

it doesn't take certain needles. Make sure youre tension isn't too tight, both top and bobbin. Also I found with my Euron Pro that the thread needs to be at the back and I have to hold it kind of tight when I start or it will bunch under the plate and break. Hope this helps. Feel free to email me at DizzyAnjel@rogers.com if you need help with tension settings

Upper thread getting tangled in the bobbin

Always remember T-N-T. Thread, Needle, Tension. Assuming its threaded properly, is the needle all the way in and facing the right direction? These symptoms also suggest the bobbin may be in the bobbincase upside down thus turning in the wrong direction. Hope this helps.

Bobbin won't thread

Sounds like the bottom tension is to slack.
Look at the side of your bobbin case, when you thread the bobbin thread part of the route it runs is under a flat leaf spring. There is usually 2 very small scews on this leaf spring one screw holds the spring onto the casing and will be tight. The other is the tension adjuster screw, turn this screw clockwise half a turn at a time. After each half turn pull the bobbin thread until slight resistance is felt. Then try sewing if bunching/tangles still occur more tension is required, this is trial and error until the tension is corrert.
If you want a new manual try this website if your machine is not listed email them and they will try to help.
