Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Can't get new DVD player to play

On some sets there is a button on your remote marked "TV/VIDEO" or some such text. With your tv and player hooked up and working, pushing that button will switch from TV to video and back.

On other sets, if you keep changing channels, you will eventually come to one that turns off the video broadcast and plays the DV.

Good Luck

4805 blank screen

My first guess would be that the projector can't sync to the DVD player after the reading stage. If correct, you should be able to change the settings on the output of the DVD player.

Screen displays "Error data" when trying to play a DVD

My understanding is that the DVD player uses a different lens to the CD player. So the DVD lens might need cleaning. A CD lens cleaner would not correct the DVD side.

Screen rolling

The DVD player might be set to PAL setting which is not compatible with our regions Televisions which are NTSC. Solution: Using the remote control for your DVD player look for a TV SYS button... The televison picture should clear up and you should now be able to watch your DVD.
