Ok i think this is how you do it ok you go to options on the homescreen then scroll to security options click on general settings and then click the track wheel once scroll down to master radio reset and if thats not it try all the same process but when you get to general setting setting click the track wheel and scroll to wipe handheld one should work good luck

try running app loader again but before you connect your phone up to the computer pull the battery out, then connect the phone, then put the battery back in. A lot of times it will force the connection to get established and then you should be able to run app loader.
The technically correct way to reset a BB is to remove the battery and reinsert after 5 minutes. Unfortunately the only way to recover this error is to reinstall all of the software. You absolutely need access to a computer with the BB desktop software installed on it. Once you have that you can follow the steps listed here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB03621
I have my Blackberry 100 and I have JVM Error 513 reset.
I have the desktop manager and when I plug in my phone to the pc and try to instal the softwere my pc can't find USB.
Does anybody know what to do in this situation??
The best way to fix any JVM error is to reinstall the device software. This is the same process as if you had to reinstall your OS (windows) for example on your PC. You will lose all information but you device will be reset to the state of when you first removed it from the box when purchased.
