How do i reset my 7520

Im trying to reset the whole phone, it was lost for a good 7 months and i finally found it and on the screen it says JVM Error 529 and i pressed continue then JVM error 535 with the option to reet, i pressed that put it didnt do anything can you please help me?

Apprenticeok i think this is how you do it ok you go to options on the homescreen then scroll to security options click on general settings and then click the track wheel once scroll down to master radio reset and if thats not it try all the same process but when you get to general setting setting click the track wheel and scroll to wipe handheld one should work good luck
