Hi Roy,

If your camera uses normal AA or AAA batteries you will have no problems with the rechargeable batteries. If you are considering to buy rechargeable batteries always try to buy the higher mAh range batteries. The higher the mAh the longer battery power will last.

Feel free to share if this solved your question!

Can my lithium ion battery that's become non-rechargeable through lack of use be replaced to make my Silver Crest DV-77 digital camcorder work again?

Hi,

Yes. if your camera needs a specific brand of battery, then you can search for that brand on amazon's website and then just order the brand and type of battery that your device needs and it will be sent to you in a few days. Otherwise, you can call the manufacturer and ask them if other brand's of battery can be used with your camcorder to give it power.

Thank you.

Toshiba PDR-3300 Digital Camera

Hi this is common problem if your sure that these batterys are new and you have used that make and type of battery before than the problem will be on the board of the camera itself.
If these batterys are ones you have not used in your camera before then the chances are these batterys are just not powerfull enough so you can by a recharge pack for your camera ok so let me know if its new batterys and if you have used this type before.

Also insted of using the lcd can you turn the screen of then try taking picture using normal view finder as you would on a none digital cam

It could just be that the batterys you brought are faulty and might be worth trying another set before giving up.
These camera usuall wont switch on with normal batterys so just try another set or if you have let me know.
If the battery says low bat then goes off then these batterys will not work if tryed again but if you can get camera on turn off the screen then try taking picture ok get back to me and let me know ok

Is there a lithium-ion battery for Canon Powershot a570?

No. You can use disposable alkaline or lithium batteries, or rechargeable NiMH batteries, but AFAIK there are no rechargeable Li-ion batteries in that size.

Hi I have just put brand new batteries in my canon powershot A560 and having taken approx 4 or 5 photos it is now telling me that my batteries need changing. The low battery symbol is also on alot of the...

Make sure that you use the correct type of batteries some cameras prefer Alkaline or Zinc Carbon both at v1.5 some only can take 3 rechargeable Nickel Cadmium (Nicad) Cells at 1.3V (3x1.5v= 3.9V) or one Lithium Ion at 3.6V

Be careful if you put a 1.3V NiCad Rechargeable in a camera that was designed for 1.5 Alkaline it can damage the camera and you may experience similar problems to that you have now.

Always check that you are using the recommended batteries, this is why most manufactures supply there own Lithium Ion 3.6V rechargeable K type cells to avoid this type of problem.

Fuji s3 does not turn on...

You have done the right thing, so far. That which I would first have suggested. Congratulations! You would be surprised how many persons ignore the need for fresh batteries.

Yes, the camera should now be reset, and if that fails, service is required to make certain of your investment.

However, the battery must first be determined to be an actual Fuji battery, and if not, this is not your fault.

Please read the following:

Recommendation for Use of Genuine Lithium Ion Rechargeable Battery Pack for FUJIFILM Digital Cameras Thank you for using Fujifilm Products.
It has been our policy to recommend that the genuine Fujifilm rechargeable battery pack be used for Fujifilm digital cameras that use a battery pack.
However, it has been confirmed that there are certain counterfeit battery packs available in the market that look very similar to a genuine Fujifilm rechargeable battery pack.
Some of these may not comply with safety standards, they may cause serious problems, such as overheating, leaking, bursting, or fire.
For your safety, we would like to remind you to only use genuine Fujifilm rechargeable battery packs for Fujifilm digital cameras.
Please note that Fujifilm will not accept responsibility for any camera problems, accidents, and damage of any nature that may occur due to use of non-genuine Fujifilm battery packs.
We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation in this regard.
