www.realtek.com should give you a ethernet driver also www.toshibiasupport.com but make sure you type in your make model and operating system

You need to goto the manufacturers website of your motherboard, or your graphics card, find their support section and there should be a list of drivers for your specific hardware. Installing these should resolve your problem.

Instal audio driver from your motherboard driver disc to fix your problem.

The linking page that you point at is for your laptop but it's not for your operating system, it is for WinXP. In ordrer to have the correct drivers for all the devices go here, this is the right page for Win98 pperating system.

If your computer does indeed have a Sound Card, then the drivers for this card are not working. Try reinstalling from the driver disk you got with your computer and see if the sound comes back.
