Hi.when water is not draining, there must be problem with the drain hose. There must be debris that blocks the flow of water..try to check at the back panel.connecting the drain hose.there might be some pieces of metal that blocks the flow of the discharge water..Better check.Hope this helps.
Hi, yes you can, but make sure bucket is big enough to fetch all water from machine, always keep hose same level with water in tub, when machine is in operation. lowering hose to floor could get water out by gravity. it's better to put drain hose in sinks, or some form of plumbing, work machine, don't let machine work you, but if it's more convenient for you to drain in bucket, sure, it's o.k. good luck.
Pressure switch made telling the machine it is full of water hence no spin.
Drop hose into bucket to drain the water off and the machine should spin, you may be better dragging the washer to an outside door and let all of the water run away at once .
Make sure that the drain hose is unclipped from the back of the machine so that the bottom of the hose is as low as you can get it
Hi, Does this washer have to pump the water up into a drain? If it is possible, it would be better for the machine if you can bring the drin pipe closer to the washer. I know it is not always a possibilty. The longer the drain hose, the harder it is on the washer and sometimes the cloths don't spin out as dry as they will with a short drain hose.

You can seal the cap by some tape, but it is better to get a good replacement, for the filter needs periodic maintenance. Your machine will not drain well if the filter is clogged.
more than likely that it is blocked pull the washer clear so you can see the back get your outlet hose and place into a bucket and see if the water comes out if it doesnt than pump/pipe blocked better off taking washer outside because when you release the outlet pipe from your pump thert will be alot of water that will come out if it comes out of the pump than your pipe will be blocked m8
yes it did. Thanks.
