Question about Faberware FSRC100 10-Cup Rice Cooker

Faberware rice cooker not working

Hi,
We bought this rice cooker 2 years back.It stopped working suddenly.No light and also no heat.Could this be any minor problem that I can fix it easily instead of going for a new one?

Go to the manufacturer's website and look for the solution there. If you can't find it, then call the manufacturer customer service department and they should have a solution for you.

Mine just did as well today. Thought I blew a fuse, but no, just not working, although it did finish the pot of rice.

You probably should bring it to a service center. since youve mention a span of time not using your cooker, the thermal capacitor may be busted.
