Question about Roxio Xingtone Ringtone Maker
I have already made and successfully downloaded about 8 different ringtones to my phone with Xingtone, but now, all of a sudden, I am getting, "Server unavailable. Try again later." after I hit the Send button within the Xingtone program itself.
I have internet access on my phone, so that's not the problem. What should I do, since this has already worked before, and is now not working all of a sudden?
I obtained some company info through linkedIN. I tried calling the voice # and it was disconnected. There was also a fax # and I tried that as well. I got an automated message: "press 1 to leave a message, press 2 to send a fax". I left a message simply stating my name and phone number asking to be called back. About 15 mins later I got a call from a guy asking why I called. I said I was trying to get ahold of Xingtone. He said that the number used to be their fax number. It seemed like he was involved with the company but was trying to not say that. I was gonna hang up but then he asked me about the problem, (another thing making me think he was witht the company) so I told him. He said that he knew that they company has been having some problems. He said "give it another month or so and try again". I figure this is more info than we had before, granted it's not hard evidence of anything but better than nothing right?

I have the same problems as everyone else! They used to be great and now they make me so mad. Does anyone know of another way to contact the company?

If the server is shut down, no created ringtone can make its way to your phone.. Sure, the software is still partially functional, but their server is an intrigral part of the program---

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
