Question about Microsoft Zune JS8-00001 Digital Media Player
I had only filled a little over 2 gigs in my 30 gig Zune, and one day the player deleted all of my songs, pictures, and videos. But when I reconnected it to my computer, it said that it couldn't sync because all 30 gigs were full... even though there is absolutely nothing on my Zune
You should try calling a product hotline and hopefully get it fixed but if that doesn't work then your computer probobly has something wrong with it. otherwise, you zune is busted. hope this helps.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
