Can not unlock my blackberry keypad (by 2 users)

I just had that same problem. Here's the thing...
I always thought my password was 4 numbers.

Usually when I input my password, I just type in my 4 keys and press enter. I never hold alt or anything..

Basically instead of my password being "5836" it was "dxrf"
I never knew that because I always saw an asterix for each key I pressed. I never knew my password was only letters.

hold down the alt button or take it off the number lock
