Question about Fujitsu fi-5120C
Received a Fujitsu fi-5120 C message that it is time to replace the consumable supplies pads in the paper feeder. The pads have been replaced but how do you remove the message that keeps popping up
You can reset this message in the scanner controll panel.
Please call windows <start>
<scanner and cameras>
open <scanner and cameras>
inside you will find your fujitsu scanner fi-5120C
now call <attributes>
-- in WIN2000 there is a button, in XP use the right mouse button--
in <device settings> you see the ADF counter, an the consumable counters for pad and pick roller.
Reset the changed parts, confirm the EEPROM writing
and the message will be cleared.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
