Oh please...."thanks for trying".....????.......it is comments such as this that will prevent we technicians from even attempting to proffer a solution...........you are much better placed to find a solution to this very BASIC information locally...........I spent a few minutes on Google and gave you a local listing no brainer link............and I am based in AUSTRALIA for pity sake.

The motherboard of my ELNA 9000 burned and needs to be replaced

Hi Chrissie, I'm Julie. The technician who checked your machine is likely to be the best person to suggest if the burnt out component can be replaced, or whether a new motherboard is needed. The technician should also be able to order a new motherboard. The replacement of the component or motherboard is best left to the technician or service personnel to carry out. It's not a DIYable task.

How to fix a Husqvarna sewing machine 2000SL 6460 stuck in reverse

A machine stuck in reverse usually means the step motor controlling the movement of the feed dogs has gone bad. You will need to have it serviced by a Viking Service Tech. You can find a dealer near you by using the link 'Locate a Dealer' at the Husqvarna Viking Website - http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/us

Hello I own a lovely old singer sewing machine, 99k, made in 1936, it has never gone wrong one in all that time, it was my mother-in-laws before it was mine, and I love it, I wouldn't swap it for a new...

Try threading with the presser foot up to insure the thread/cotton is entering the tension control as it should.

If this does not help - the machine may need a new tension control and possibly some other adjustment and will need to go into the shop.
