We locked the freezer with the key, now we are unable to unlock the freezer. the lock seems to not be turning or may be jammed.

50 years in the trade and never heard of that make.

Normally you just replace the whole lock or the lock cylinder.

Sometimes the lock will have a number and you can order keys from a locksmith. If you have a key already as a pattern, you can get them cut, BUT you say you want 'additional LOCKS made'? You just buy replacements, or put a hasp and staple on the doors and buy a padlock..

Frigidaire does make a metal replacement key that fits most upright freezers. Look on Parts Select. Frigidaire 216702900 Freezer Door Key PartSelect

Press and hold the Control Lock key for three seconds
to activate or deactivate the function. The Control Lock
feature prevents the user from changing the temperature
and freeze settings. At the first press of any key, the
key press click tone will be heard and the display will
show "LO", but no other change will take place. Holding
the Control Lock key for three seconds will activate or
deactivate the Control Lock feature. After three seconds,
the accept tone sounds and the Control Lock LED (if so
equipped) is activated. In lockout mode, when any key
is pressed, the invalid key tone will be heard and "LO"
will be displayed for 1 second. When the lockout is
deactivated, the Control Lock LED is turned off and the
display shows "UL"

if this does not work unplug the freezer for 30seconds then plug it in. if all of the above fails replace the control.

Take the model number and make to any appliance parts store and they can sell you one for about 3 bucks. They are very common.

Could be frozen. Use a hair dryer on the lock assembly and the edge of the lock. After it's hot, push the freezer door in and try the lock then.

Sounds like the freeze got locked...most freezers come with a door lock and a key...use your key to try to open the latch

nothing to do with temp changes. only to do with a broken lock mechanism.
