Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I had the same problem and found the clip that holds the belt has broke. I have been currently been trying to find the part number to order the part to replace the belt tension clip. If you happen to come across the parts list or diagram, let me know. Thanks. My e-mail is email@example.com

Take a look at the belt closely,
1- there should be grooves, sometimes these belts start to fall apart, the grooves actually start to fall off and don't grab the printhead.
If you look inside of the printer are there any black pieces? If so say goodbye, It is almost impossible to find replacement parts.
2- test by moving the printhead to a different location with it off then turn on to see if it moves.
