Videos do not show on Zune device, only in the device collection
In the Zune software all of my videos show in collection>video. When I select device>status>start sync, all of the videos are copied to the device>collection. However, when I disconnect the Zune, and look in
the video folder only some of the videos show up.
All the videos are formatted in mp4, or wmv, with 320X240, and will play in both the Zune software, and in WMP 11. Also, I have reset the device using the hold back button, and up on the d-pad. Nothing seems to work for getting all of my videos to show up on the Zune.
Yeah, i'm havin the same problem. I sync the videos to my zune, and they show up in the collection. Then when I disconnect it, they aren't there. Someone please help.

You have to use the Zune Software to sync the music, pictures, or videos to your Zune. The software can be found here: http://www.zune.net/en-us/products/software/default.htm. It may take a while to download, depending on your internet connection. While it is downloading, you should make an account for your zune. Drag the files from your music collection to the Zune icon in the left corner, while it is plugged in, and your Zune will sync. After it is finished, unplug it, and your done. You may have to tell the Zune software where your files are on the hard drive, located in the settings page of the software.
just try another converter. You can useVideo Download Studio With it you can: 1: search videos and free music from popular online social media websites like YouTube, Dailymotion, and many others. 2: download music and videos that your are searching for 3: convert these videos/ audios to any format as you like. You can find it here: http://www.ahisoft.com
I've used Wondershare Media Converterfor two years and its so far the best program i ever had for me to convert any format to any popular format and it also could remove DRM from iTunes movie and song files. that is to say, youcould convert avi to iTunes movie
format and can convert iTunes DRM protected files to avi or other format so that it can play in the other portable player http://www.removing-drm.com/drm-tips/remove-drm-from-zune-marketplace-pass.html
The Zune software lets you add to your collection audio and video in a variety of formats and codecs. Just download media from the Web or rip songs from a CD, and the Zune software automatically adds the downloaded (and ripped) items to your collection and syncs them to your device.
The Zune software will convert many video formats during sync so they can play on your Zune device. This automatic transcoding can take a while.
I had to replace a Zune that was dropped in water. I didn't bother trying to get the Zune program to forget the other Zune. I just attached it and started syncing my stuff. Did you try that? BTW I named the new one the same thing as the old one with no problem.
