Videos do not show on Zune device, only in the... (by 4 users)

In the Zune software all of my videos show in collection>video. When I select device>status>start sync, all of the videos are copied to the device>collection. However, when I disconnect the Zune, and look in
the video folder only some of the videos show up.

All the videos are formatted in mp4, or wmv, with 320X240, and will play in both the Zune software, and in WMP 11. Also, I have reset the device using the hold back button, and up on the d-pad. Nothing seems to work for getting all of my videos to show up on the Zune.
Yeah, i'm havin the same problem. I sync the videos to my zune, and they show up in the collection. Then when I disconnect it, they aren't there. Someone please help.

Ditto. Brand new Zune 80 with v2.5 software. PC Zune software shows 2 videos, Zune storage says I have 3 videos, and none of them show up on the Videos menu on the actual zune. Help!

Same problem here, I sync the videos and in the divece sows that there are 52 videos but only shows 46. I reset the zune and did not work.

Please any help.

Yea i have the same problem. Pretty lame.. just tried to put about 15 videos on it last night and encountered the exact same thing. I removed the videos from the device and then tried to resync them.. now none of them show up.

I had the same problem... To fix it, I deleted all the videos on my zune. Then, from my computer, I drag and dropped them back onto the zune one at a time. It worked.

do you use the zune marketplace ?
