Question about T-Mobile Sidekick II
HELLO..SINCE MYSK II IS SUSPENSED TIL I WILL PAY TIL JULY 3RD WHEN I WILLL RECEIVE MY SSA DISABILITY CHECK BY MAIL TO PAY IN FULL. I DID CALLED T-MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I ALREADY PURCHASED A T-MOBILE REFILL CARD TO USE AS LONG AS I USE SINCE MY T-MOBILE BILLING GETS PAID ON JULY 3RD..OKAY, THEY ASKED ME QUESTIONS ABOUT THAT AND ASKED ME MY PIN..I DON'T HAVE PIN. WHERE IS IT? I LOOKED AROUND MY BILLING PAYMENT IF I CAN SEE "PIN" SO I COULD NOT FIND IT. AND ALSO, SINCE MY SK II ALREADY SETTLED UP WHEN I GAVE IN AT PIN NUMBER SO I CAN USE MY SK II ONLINE BUT T-MOBILE STILL WON'T TURN ON FOR MY SK II 'S REFILL CARD. WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THAT? PLZ GIVE ME UR ADVISE? THANK YOU!!!!
Take the refill card and your phone to the dealer you purchased the refill card from. They should either help you install the minutes or buy back the card.
