Question about Lexmark X1270 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Always check to see if a solution is already offered on the site.
I'm pasting from a post I just made regarding the same problem -
It's always helpful to tell us what kind of computer and operating system you have.
Since most are 'Wintel' I'll assume that.
Open the Control Panel, then Faxes and printers, if your Lexmark is shown, delete it.
With the printer attached and turned on, restart your system.
If all goes well (not an absolute), Windows should 'find' the printer and install a driver so you can at least do simple printing.
You may or may not have all features of the original install but you can go to the Lexmark site and certainly find the full install routine as a download.
If it is like many, it may be more than a 100Mb of data so I hope you have a high speed connection.
Let me know if it works out for you.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
