Looking for troubleshooting assistance as to reason why vehicle will not start..

There is likely a relay installed in the circuit for the starter crank form the alarm/immobilizer. The contacts on these relays will arc when mating and separating due the large current being drawn by the starter. This will cause pitting on the contacts and result in a voltage drop (thus the 9V). This voltage is not sufficient to engage most starters. Locate and replace the defective relay.

I have a Clifford G4 Intelliguard 750 that activated while driving. It does not reset with the remote and I don't have the Pin Code. How do I deactivated?

You are going to have to disconnect it. This is pretty basic, if the immobilizer circuits are wired you'll need to identify the 2 pairs in the 4 way plug and bridge them out, if they're not used just unplug the control box. You can get an installation manual /wiring PDF here.

Clifford g5 alarm how do i reset it after i was checking fuses it wont let me start the car

The car won't start because the Clifford alarm has a starter interrupt wire where the start wire runs through the alarm system module/relay. The unit then must still be active for the car not to start. If pressing the disarm/unlock button on your Clifford key FOB does not turn the system off, you will after to do it manually. You will need to locate the manual override button installed somewhere in the car that is connected to the alarm system. Turn the ignition switch to "on" or "run" and within 10 seconds press the manual override switch. That will turn the alarm system off and allow the car to be driven normally. I would then take the vehicle to an authorized Clifford or other DEI (Viper) install shop and have them diagnose your apparent problem.

My Viper Alarm started going off while I was driving. I pulled over, shut everything off. Got out of the car and closed the door and locking and unlocking the vehicle wouldn't shut the car off. I opened...

The alarm may not be going off. Rather it may be a malfunction of the relay that is driving all the sirens and piezo. Next time it happens check for flashing parking lights. They will flash only when alarm is going off. Also ignition input to the alarm prevents this alarm from going off while driving. Panic from the remote can still be triggered. Got to play detective....

Clifford intelliguard 950. Won't work properly

Find the manual that came with the system, it will tell you how to reprogram the system after a battery change, these systems are famous for killing batteries if the car is left sitting and not started.
