here is a link to Intel's support site. Chose your os and I would download the latest drivers for whatever is listed (looks like just the audio). This will ensure you are fully upto date on drivers.

The driver should be on the disc supplied by your ISP internet service supplier
you might need a nic ethernet driver
make very sure all leads are plugged into their specific connection plugs you might have to connect the usb lead to your modem to get a connection then go control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager scroll to network adapters should see a yellow question mark? right click install drivers

dude there is and in built ethernet just installdriver or maybe built in would be disabled ..enable from bios and try again or just buy new 1 it will cot not more than 300rs

1. Go to: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=2766&lang=eng
2. Select your operating system from the drop-down menu, & press "GO".
3. On the next page, click on the link to your motherboard's LAN drivers, & follow the instructions to download the drivers.
