In February my machine model CYBERSHOT W50 6MP, 3x DSCW50 was for technical assistance from Best Buy in Las Vegas.
The order of service is 00289-941556626 (02/02/08), where the button to take pictures / zoom was to repair it was released (Symptoms: REPAIR under PSP - picture camera button broken - PBJ). In May my aunt get the camera and arrived to Brazil, realized that this not in good standing, the zoom does not work, and the camera asks for turn off and turn on all the time .
My aunt Ana Beatriz Barbosa will be going to Orlando now at juny 28th, and will take the machine for the assistance again. She will return at July 15th and therefore persons is possible to be ready, because we don't have nobody to return to the U.S. to get the camera later.
I am sending this e-mail before is to provide accurate or order any piece, as the first concert took months because it had to order another button.
I await a answer.
Thank's Isabel Cristina de Souza Barros.

Hi im using a canon digital ixus 9515 camera and I have the wrong date stamp on all my recent photos. How can I delete the date?

There is no way you can delete the date stamp from the photos you have taken.
For future photos you can either correct the date or disable insertion of date stamp.

Many photos have disappeared from my camera, it's a Canon PowerShot DS800 IS. After you've taken a bunch do they get stored somewhere automatically? I haven't deleted anything, and I can only see about 5...

Yes they should have been stored automatically to the camera's SD memory card. Take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, and take the card out of the camera. This is to reduce the chance of you overwriting some of your "lost" photos. There are many good freeware photo recovery software options that are available to help you recover your photos. This blog article reviews and outlines several of the better ones.

Canon digital camera IXUS 86015 Yesterday I lost

Try using a card reader to download the missing 1000 pics. In the future, don't leave so many pics on the card...they aren't made for long storage. 0b2a25a.jpg

No image is available to view on the lcd screen canon ixus85is

Click the "disp" button. The display of the camera has been turned off in the LCD screen but you can still use the viewfinder, this functionality is just for those who prefer to use the viewfinder instead of the LCD screen.

"fine lines" on every pic taken

See this link. What you're describing sounds like an image sensor (CCD) problem. Canon will fix this at no cost, regardless of warranty status, if they determine that this is the issue.

Ixus 750 Blurred photos shot at a distance greater than a meter.

Check to see that the camera is not in "macro" mode, which would only allow focusing at a close range, but not allow focusing at beyond about 2 meters (look for the "flower" symbol to tell you that macro is activated). Could also be an out of adjustment lens, due to impact or force. Also check to make sure it's not as simple as a dirty lens. Digital cameras are more succeptable to blurry pictures from a smudged lens than film cameras were. Of course, that wouldn't explain why close shots are OK but distant ones aren't. Probably the first two suggestions.
