-   I suspect i will break the handle just getting at the screws since mine is so tightly snapped on over the screw compartment, maybe it's better without a handle? it's double insulated so we can't burn our hands.... just looks so trail trashy with one i suspect. -   cessnet

-   It looks like the outer part of the handle is snapped in place, with screws hold ing the handle to the carafe. On mine, the upper boss is broken and the lower one is loose.
Anyone know where the snaps are to remove the outer handle cover?-   gregg_hughes

My Krups coffeemaker has stopped brewing a full pot of coffee. I fill the reservoir completely, but when the machine is done brewing, 1/2 of the water is still in the reservoir. The fill indicator shows empty, and if I turn the machine back on to complete the brew, it acts as if it is empty. The half pot that it makes is fine, but I don't know why it won't make the whole pot.
