Sounds like the bearing are dry or worn , Spray with wd40

In my opinion, the problem is the blower motor. The bearings or bushings are wore out.

This does sound like the bearings in the motor, depending on the model of the truck it could be from awkward to extremely difficult to change as it is usually buried deep behind the dash. Maybe something to entrust to a good independent garage.

My son had a similar problem on his jeep you may want to check your diff and transmission oil levels it couold also be that the bearings may have gone as in his case

If you have a built-in microphone, turn the mic volume down (right click the speaker icon on the bottom right of the taskbar, click "open volume control" then turn down the mic volume or mute it.

switch out the belt if you allready done that make sure there is only half inch of play in the belt if that dont work grab some wd -40 spray the tensioner pully on the car if it quiets the car replace the tensioner pully make sure resavoir is full on pump too those are the quick and easy ones if that dont work then switch out the pump its two hose and 2 to 3 bolts make sure you bleed the lines too if theres air in the lines it will scwill

hi how are you.there is a couple of things that will cause a rubbing sound.if it is a high pich sound then look at your dust cover behind your brake rotor.a low pich or a growling noise check your wheel bearing/hub assembly.with wheel off the ground wiggle it side to side and up and down you will have alot of play.or there is something hitting the tire.

The high pitched sound is probably comming from the power supply, possibly due to its trying to drive voltage into a shorted component in the high voltage deflection circuits. You may be lookng at about a $250 repair. If it has been used a lot and its picture quality didn't knock your socks off, I would replace it with a HDTV set. A 37 inch LCD from Toshiba might be a good place to start and should do nicely for you.
