Whenever I am connecting my viewty through usb on windows xp system, it says " USB device not recognized "

I can get it working on my XP pc by using the on-board (backplane) usb ports. If I use the front ports or any ports that connect to the mother board by cable, the phone is not recognised. Don't know why but it works!

i managed to get mine working go on to your phone setings>connectivity>USB connection mode>data service and click ok... it should work mine works and is all installed but i now face another problem as when i click on contents it says " invalid access to memory location" ive have been told this is because the lg pc suite is not compatabile with vista can anyone tell me if this is true does anyone know anything i can do to get it working again?

in order to send photos,music etc to ur phone u just have to go to phone settings>connectivity>usb connection mode and select mass storage. then use the usb to connect the phone to the computer and that's it.

dont connect the ku990 to the computer. you take your microsd card and put it into your computer, and transfer your music, pictures and videos. take the microsd card out of your computer and put it back into ku990 and it´s done :D

i want to add photos and music etc to my viewty and it worked the first time bu everytime i connect my phone to the computer (via usb cable) it says on the phone it is connected and little bubbles pop up saying KU990 DEVICE CONNECTED or whatever but the program that came with the phone doesnt register it is connected :(

when i connected to pc its start to charging but no removable storage foldr is viwed.some time it may connected to my pc but when tried to open removable folder it says i/o error
